Located inside the Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza, Dr. Atchley took ownership of our Lewisville location in 2016. Formerly Castle Hills Chiropractic, the office moved under the company name in 2021 and is our first office in the state of Texas!
This 1,300 square foot office is located between Platinum Pilates and Farmers Insurance on the north side of the complex and has seen over 10,000 adjustments in the 6 years in Castle Hills!
