Doctors You Can Trust
Dr. Kevin P. Atchley
President / CEO
Dr. Atchley, the 11th of 14 doctors in his family, has been under chiropractic care his entire life.
Coupled with his ability to share and receive education from other doctors throughout his life, he is constantly working to provide his patients with the best care available, making their lives better one adjustment at a time.
“I love watching people get their life back,” said Dr. Atchley. “So many people forget what it is like to feel good. They forget how much they enjoy all the things they used to do and they forget how happy they were before when they were not living in some kind of constant pain.”
As a member of Integrity Doctors and the International Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table, Dr. Atchley stays on the forefront of advances in chiropractic care and utilizes that in his daily practice.
He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004, and also earned his degree in finance from New Mexico State University in 1991. He began his career in New Mexico, opening New Mexico Chiropractic Center in Albuquerque, NM, which he operated for seven years before opening Castle Hills Chiropractic (now Atchley Chiropractic Centers).
As the official chiropractors for the Texas Legends (NBA G League affiliate of Dallas Mavericks), Dr. Atchley has treated athletes of all ages and levels, including the New Mexico State University Aggie Basketball and Softball teams. An avid runner and scuba diver himself, he is particularly aware of the aches and pains that come from athletic activity, which enables him to focus on the needs of each patient.
Outside of the clinic, you may find Dr. Atchley spending time with his wife and daughter and is an active member of the Lewisville community. A supporter of the March of Dimes and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Dr. Atchley and the staff of Atchley Chiropractic Centers (formerly Castle Hills Chiropractic) also donate regularly to local food banks and other charities.
The entire team is excited to welcome each and every patient with open arms with the ultimate goal of bringing the top level of wellness to all!
Dr. Kevin M. Guerra
Dr. Kevin Michael Guerra, originally from San Antonio, Texas, was born into a ranching and agricultural family, decided at a young age that he wanted to be a healer. From the age of 5, he decided he would be a Doctor one day. As he grew up being greatly involved in his community and playing sports, his desire only grew as he saw the sickness in his teammates and community.
Fascinated by the human body, he was inspired to attend Texas Tech University where he achieved his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and his minor in Chemistry. Along the way he developed a passion for health, wellness and fitness. While he was an undergrad, he suffered an injury that the medical field was unable to heal using opioids and muscle relaxers. He was then directed to a Chiropractor for the first time that provided him the relief, and wellness that he had been searching for his whole life. At this moment he knew he was destined to become a Chiropractor.
He then attended Parker University where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic. Inspired to gain as much knowledge of the body as he could, he furthered his education while simultaneously earning his Masters of Science Degree in Functional Nutrition.
Dr. Guerra has dedicated his practice to providing the healing, wellness, and performance the adjustment can provide to patients. His goals are not only to get patients better, but to keep them doing well and help them succeed in all physical aspects of their lives. Some of his favorite patients are athletes or those that that are active and working towards performing at their best. Although he enjoys helping athletes and the physically fit, he enjoys working on anyone and everyone, old or young, and providing the best evidence based care to all patients.
Dr. Guerra implements many forms of treating his patients. He implements a variety of techniques that are carefully selected for the care patients need such as Diversified, Activator, Gonstead, Thompson, and Flexion-Distraction techniques. He often utilizes a variety of physiotherapies to complement the adjustment. He also has experience in treating a variety of collegiate and professional athletes of all sports and backgrounds, including the local Texas Legends.

She was very active in athletics during childhood where she grew up playing soccer, volleyball, and was even on her high school’s drill team. From a young age, Dr. Brandi has always been passionate about helping those around her in a variety of ways.
Following in her father’s footsteps, Dr. Brandi decided to head out west to Lubbock, Texas to further her education at Texas Tech University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Professions. Dr. B. Lane Waller
Dr. Waller, originally from Wichita Falls, Texas, was very active in sports from the time he was three years old, including everything from soccer and baseball to basketball and football. Alongside his love for athletics, Dr. Waller’s father was always a big proponent of health and wellness and took him to get his first adjustment when he was 8 years old.
After moving to Cedar Park, Texas when he was in high school, Dr. Waller wanted to pursue a career in athletics, especially football. Unfortunately, after experiencing a severe disc injury during his junior year of high school, which drastically limited his ability to participate in any athletic capacity, those plans changed. After numerous trips to various doctors with minimal to no results, he went to his local chiropractor for help. Dr. Waller’s experience during his treatment there changed his life forever. His pain was gone, and he felt like he had never felt before!
He continued to see that chiropractor throughout his athletic journey through high school and he wholeheartedly believes that chiropractic allowed him to reach his fullest potential as an athlete. From winning a state championship, to several high school and collegiate awards and recognitions, chiropractic care elevated his performance in ways he could never have imagined.
Dr. Waller graduated from Texas State University in 2019 with Magna Cum Laude honors and a bachelor’s degree in exercise sports science with a concentration on pre-physical therapy. He started chiropractic school at Parker University in the Fall of 2019.
After fulfilling one of his dreams of being able to work and learn alongside his own chiropractor during his internship, Dr. Waller graduated from Parker University in December of 2022.
Dr. Waller has a passion for treating athletes and giving them the same experience that he had when he was in high school, but he loves seeing each and every patient that comes through the door!
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Waller has a passion for cooking, exercising, going to the lake, playing with his dog, and trying new things and experiences.
